A rare gem that popped up on the net and is well worth the watch is this documentary from Diary On Passengers. So much is concerned around the image, bravado and death of Biggie but very little is actually seen from the big man himself (unless you count that shit Notorious movie as an honest adaptation). This rare footage takes an intimate look from the one and only, presenting his daily exploits and the people around him.
What separates this footage from many others out there is being able to see the relationship he shares with family and friends, notably his Mother and Faith Evans. Interesting seeing Faith ‘thuggin’ it out and his mum riding on his lyrics, in some ways questioning the authenticity of his upbringing, nevertheless Biggie is still the Man and I can look past it. Watch the video below and look out for a young Puff Daddy, Lil Kim and some dope Versace shades.
