Founded in 1931 by Ed Viberg, the Canadian company is now in its 3rd generation and is still entirely family owned and operated. Viberg use traditional manufacturing methods and only the best materials sourced from around the world: brass tacks from England, heavyweight insoles from Spain, Vibram outsoles and the finest upper leathers from renowned tanneries in the USA and Italy. There are over 200 steps that go into producing a pair of Viberg boots and all of them are performed in their own facility by skilled craftspeople.

Perfect for the summer, the Viberg Slipper is a wholecut pattern that they based on a vintage travelling shoe. It's been made to be as unstructured as possible by removing both the toe box and heel counter, which creates a glove-like fit and and allows the Slipper to be fully collapsed for easy transportation. Made using Britain's famed leather tanner CF Stead's Eco Veg Fallow Suede.

If you plan on wearing the Slipper with bare feet or thin socks we recommend purchasing a whole size down from your regular Viberg size.
