In 1909 Thomas L.Kay and his family moved to Pendleton in northeastern Oregon and took over the defunct Pendleton Woolen Mills and started there business there. Since then Pendleton has become renowned for their Native American inspired blanket designs and durable woollen shirts. Today the company is still owned by the family and all blankets are proudly made in Pendleton, Oregon.
The Pendleton 5th Avenue Throw is the most luxurious throw they produce in their world famous mills. Pendleton use superfine merino wool which is softly brushed tp create a fleecy hand that must be touched. Perfect for cuddling up on the sofa, on the bottom of a bed or as a gift to family and friends.
