In the early 1960s, Pendleton shirts hit the airwaves courtesy of the Majorettes, whose song “White Levis” became a number one hit in 1963. But before that, a group called The Pendletones was singing about the California surfing scene. They changed their name to the Beach Boys, but kept their uniform of Pendleton shirts worn over tee shirts with khakis.
The Pendleton Beach Shack Shirt is crafted from soft cotton that’s washed for extra comfort, with two bias-cut chest pockets and a shirttail hem. One of Pendleton's best ever fitting shirts, it's a great summer piece.
