In 1909 Thomas L.Kay and his family moved to Pendleton in northeastern Oregon and took over the defunct Pendleton Woolen Mills and started business there. Since then Pendleton has become renowned for their Native American inspired blanket designs and durable woollen shirts. Today the company is still privately owned by the family and operates across eight facilities in America.
The Pendleton Pieced Canyon Shirt is a Western-style men's shirt with a pieced yoke featuring Pendleton's Magic Valley jacquard. Made of Umatilla wool, sourced from Oregon ranchers and woven in their American mills. Snap front and flapped, snap-close pockets. Shirttail hem. Fitted has narrower shoulders, higher armholes, and slightly longer sleeves, and it's trimmer through the back and waist.
