Red Wing was founded in 1905 by Charles Beckman in Red Wing, Minnesota. Mr Beckman saw a need for shoes specifically designed for the demanding work of the local industries such as mining, logging and farming. His aim was to make hardwearing durable footwear, that was also comfortable to wear.

The Red Wing Classic Oxford 08103 is a moc toe oxford, inspired by the iconic 875 and 877 work boots. They were built for workers who didn't need the support of a tall boot but wanted Red Wing's classic comfort and durability.

It's classically crafted with Oro Russet leather, a Traction Tred rubber outsole, traditional Goodyear welt construction and triple stitched quality to function as a durable and smart-looking shoe.
