TENNIS CLUB T-SHIRT
As well as providing early baseball equipment Peck & Snyder were also renowed for their early tennis rackets. This emblem was taken from 'The Beekman', an early example of a signature racket of Robert Livingston Beeckman (1866-1935) who was an American stockbroker, sportsman, and politician in New York. He played in the finals of the 1886 United States National Tennis Championships where he lost to defending champion Richard Sears.
