Drake's
Founded by Michael Drake in East London in 1977, near the city's silk-weaving roots in Spitalfields, Drake's began making scarves, shawls, and plaids before expanding into handmade ties and handkerchiefs — quickly earning a reputation among top boutiques and department stores in Paris, Milan, Tokyo, and New York.
Today, under Creative Director Michael Hill, Drake's produces soft tailoring in Italy, knitwear in Scotland, and shirts at its own factory in Chard, Somerset, alongside premium jersey, outerwear, accessories, and selvedge denim — all built around the brand's ethos of "relaxed elegance."
