New this Autumn Winter to TGD is an icon of Japanese Americana, Orslow. Founded in 2005 by Ichiro Nakatsu, his passion for vintage US denim, historic workwear and military inspired items brought him to perfecting the design of new garments based on the quality and amazing builds of the old. He began scouring the famous Military and Americana markets in Osaka throughout the 90’s and early 00’s, buying and collecting pieces with feeling and a story. Once the products were in hand, he began working on creating Orslow as a contemporary and modern day replica of the best everyday clothing products ever made.
Great military shirt is soft but sturdy and has that slightly washed out O.D. green colouring to it. OrSlow has nailed all of this in a piece that is ready to be your new favourite. Simple construction with 2 patch pockets and button closure with an updated modern fit. This seasonal iteration features a pre-washed, easy to wear fabric with additional hand pockets added to the piece to make it super functional and wear closer to a chore coat.
