RRL (Double RL) is a top tier heritage workwear brand owned by Ralph Lauren, named after his ranch in Colorado. The brand was launched in 1993 and focuses on vintage-inspired clothing with a rugged and Western aesthetic. Each season, the items produced are based on reinterpretations of Ralphs huge personal archive of heritage workwear and Americana clothing and accessories. Each piece is meticulously thought out and created. The stand out areas for RRL include their 11-15 oz denim line up, across slim and regular fits, as well as their skill of being able to create small micro capsule collections with a rich story telling element. Vintage car clubs, motor cycle groups and Ranch hands are some of the inspiration the brand takes when making these collections. Relaxed-fitting jeans made in America with Tennessee-grown cotton. Yarn is ring-spun and rope-dyed in Japan using true indigo. Woven on vintage wooden shuttle looms in Japan to create custom 15.92 oz. right-hand twill. Selvedge construction inspired by 1930s denim styles.
